About Me
My name is Gia Han (Ruby) Phan. I am a Vietnamese Canadian fashion designer with an interest in photography. I recently graduated from Parsons School of Design (BFA) in Fashion Systems and Society Design pathway. I am passionate about mental health and the well-being of humans in a psychological aspect. My works can be mostly found in storytelling that enables people to think introspectively and reflect on their mental and physical health.

In my most recent work, I used my background in fashion and interest in abnormal psychology to create a new system of fashion therapy that helps empower people living with mental health concerns through clothing and the process of making. This project was published in the Fashion and Mental Health issue of Fashion Studies Journal [1].
